The summer Bag

I am so happy to be back in Cafe au Deux after so much time of absence. Due to work and personal reasons it had been completely impossible to continue writing in this blog. So I was focusing more in my other blog, the digital magazine The Lemon Pear, a blog that you all have to visit, with many different and interesting contents going on.

After giving a speech in the first blogger event that took part in Cádiz, I received a very warm welcome and encouragement to continue with this personal blog that today I recover once more. To start with, I want to share with you my summer bag. From BOLICHE collection, a handmade brand based in Cádiz. They have many and unique designs not only for bags, they are specialized in accesories and little by little trying to introduce clothing and shoes. Combined with this pair of old jeans that I was wearing in a baggy style. Sandals are from H&M... I know, they are green, but I think summer is a good excuse to wear colorful shoes. The shirt is from ZARA this season, with an interesting open back.

Vintage swim inspiration

Últimamente, además de para otras muchas cosas, para la ropa de baño nos inspiran las grandes divas y su capacidad de ser sexy sin necesidad de enseñar más que lo justo. Volvemos al bañador, a los bikinis más altos, a los coulottes...

OUTFIT·22 SUMMERTIME

MI PROPIA CAMPAÑA DE VERANO

Hace cosa de un año, decidimos por fín llevar a cabo algo que se había estado gestando por mucho tiempo. La verdad es que tenía en la mente fundar un blog o publicar mis cosas, mis fotos, mis pensamientos desde el 2008. Pero no conseguía lo que quería, y abandonaba. Así hasta el 2011 que por fín y con el empujón de AIAM, juntas, lo conseguimos. Y muchas veces, hacía proyectos para los que ponía mucho empeño y luego no se veían a la luz. Y aunque éste no es uno de esos casos, sino que fué más bien, fruto de la casualidad de una noche de verano, en agosto del 2011, cuando aún no publicábamos nuestras propias fotos en el blog, yo me hice estas fotos. Ahora las he encontrado y me gustaría compartirla con vosotros.

Aunque ya llegó la primavera aquí y es más soleada de lo que jamás pude imaginar, ver estas imágentes me translada a la calidez de España, del verano que... no sé si volveré a tener por cuestiones de trabajo, a los bodys con toda la espalda al aire, a los bolsos transparentes, las ondas en el pelo, las sandalias verdes, la tez morena, los blazers blancos......

Inspiration

Me veo obligada en esta tarde de domingo a hacer un post rápido. Esta imágen me ha cautivado y me ha inspirado para estos días. Sobretodo desde que ayer, en H&M (inspirados en unos PRADA), vi esos pendientes y estuve delante de ellos un buen rato. Ahora, he pasado a la fase de NECESITARLOS. Por lo demás tan simple como un vestido de flores ajustado, uñas color rosa palo, raya gruesa de los ojos. Y un peinado de otro siglo. Me encanta y espero que os guste.

CUT OUT

CUT OUT

Coger un trozo de papel y hacer varios cortes.

Coger un vestido y descubrir escotes, hombros, espaldas, como si hubiéramos recortado un trozo de los mismos.

Se consagra como nueva tendencia, más nos vale preparar nuestro armario este verano con prendas que de algún modo u otro dejen entrever alguna parte de nuestra (para entonces) bien bronceada anatomía

Look of the day #3 - Nude

Cómo ya pudisteis ver en primicia hace unos días en el magnífico blog A Café Olé, os traigo aquí unas cuantas imágenes más de una tarde mágnifica que pasé por las calles de Ronda (y con ésto acabo mis días por la sierra). En este caso, intenté sofocar el calor con prendas muy finas y a su vez frescas y con las que pudiera pasear hasta por la noche... 

 As you could see, few days ago, at the wonderful blog A Café Olé, I bring you here a few more images of a wonderful afternoon that I went through the streets of Ronda (and with this I finish my days at the mountains). In this case, I tried to cool off with fine and fresh clothes untill the night ...

Y bien entrada la noche que mejor que tomar el fresco al borde del Tajo de Ronda, en la terraza de un hotel decorado con mucho encanto y con un juego de luces que creaban un ambiente de lo más relajante. Un lujo.

Cómo ser turista a 40º

Para todos aquellos afortunados que hayan cogido las vacaciones en el mes de septiembre, cuando las playas están mejor y más tranquilas que nunca y cuando las oleadas de turistas que inundan las calles de los centros se esfuman... Os pongo en situación: cuando sabeís que vais a visitar un pueblo, cuyo antiguo pavimento se las trae y donde los 40º amenazan a cada instante... ¿Qué ropa elegis poneros? Yo me niego un poco a adoptar el modo turista, que se detecta a leguas: mochila gigante (que al final solo sirve para cargarla de cosas y que la espalda se resienta), gorra, unos zapatos cómodos, y por alguna extraña razón no muy bonitos... Por supuesto que no todo los turistas son así. Yo me lo tomo con la filosofía de 'ir a dar un paseo'. Unos shorts vaqueros, con una camiseta fresca y veraniega, unas sandalias con las que ya se que estoy cómoda y una cartera donde guardo lo insprescindible. Completan el total un anillo con una moneda como si fuera antigua, y una pulsera hippie con piedras turquesas... O es que no se pueden llevar complementos si se va de turismo? ;)

Of course not all tourists are. I take it with the philosophy of 'go for a walk'. Shorts with a cool summer shirt, sandals with which I'm already comfortable and where I keep  the insprescindible into a purse. Rounding out the total look with a coin ring and a hippie  bracelet with turquoise stones ... Or you can not take complemets if you're going sightseeing? ;)

Aunque como ya se sabe, la mejor manera de ir cómodo es sintiéndose bien con uno mismo!
